or on freestanding ground-supported frames. Roof-mounted modules are evaluated
for the flame spread ratings depending upon the mounting method as declared by
the manufacturer.

• submittor's identification;
•  model designation or equivalent;
•  complete electrical rating;
•  date code or equivalent;
•  additional markings as may be required;
•  CSA Mark with the "US" indicator.
