NSF/ANSI Standards.  Includes:

Ranges, ovens, fat/oil fryers, fat/oil filters, griddles, tilting griddle skillets,
broilers, steam and pressure cookers, kettles, rotisseries, toasters, coffee makers and
other hot beverage makers, component water heating equipment, proofing boxes and cabinets,
hot food holding, rethermalization, hot food transport, and other similar equipment.

Also covers equipment that has been modified for security purposes.

NSF/ANSI 4 Commercial Cooking, Rethermalization, and
Powered Hot Food Holding and Transport Equipment

MARKING:

Marking required by CSA must be legible and visible after installation of the
equipment.  The contents consist of:

  • Submittor's identification;
  • model designation or equivalent;
  • CSA Mark comprised of the CSA Monogram, the word "SANITATION", and the
    optional text
    "NSF/ANSI 4" below the CSA Monogram; and;
  • additional markings as required..
