CSA Group Acquires UK-Based mi Technology Group as Part of Strategic Growth Plan in Automotive Testing Sector

CSA Group, a leading global provider of product certification and testing services, today announces the acquisition of mi Technology Group of Leyland, Lancashire, United Kingdom. mi Technology Group is an independent, privately owned company providing analysis, research & development, testing and consultancy services to manufacturers and suppliers around the world.

mi Technology’s test and development centre provides vehicle testing in the areas of environmental impact, engine performance and emissions, powertrain, structural integrity, durability, and noise, vibration and harshness (NVH). Key areas of focus include passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway machines, as well as aerospace, oil and gas, rail, power generation and industrial sectors for the UK and parts of Europe.
