On November 5, 2014, the 5^th annual International Safety Seminar took place at the Residence Palace in Brussels, Belgium. The focus of the seminar was on the importance of third party independent testing for consumer products. The event included more than 100 participants from testing, inspection and certification sectors, EU institutions and consumer and industry associations. Terry Hunter, Manager Anti-Counterfeiting and Global Intellectual Property Enforcement, represented CSA Group on the panel, discussing the dangers of counterfeit products and measure that can be taken to combat counterfeiting.
