The Ministry of Mining and Energy issued Resolution No. 4 0207 on July 21, 2020. They will suspend the enforceability of the labelling requirements for air-conditioning equipment with a cooling capacity exceeding 10,540 W, which are contained in the general annex to the Technical Regulation on Energy Efficiency Labelling “RETIQ”. This Resolution will entry into force upon publication in the Official Journal. The Ministry of Mining and Energy will issue a new notification with the new implementation dates.
