Brazil (ANATEL) - Official Letter 65/2021 / ORCN / SOR-ANATEL - Extend Deadline For Renewals Without Tests Until December 31, 2021
Due to the impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, ANATEL has extended, through Official Letter 65/2021 / ORCN / SOR-ANATEL, the period that allows renewals of the certificates that will expire until December 31, 2021 to be carried out without photos and test reports.
The Declaration regarding Act 77/2021 will be mandatory as of July 4, 2021 even in cases of the renewals within the period mentioned by Official Letter 65/2021 / ORCN / SOR-ANATEL.
