Brazil (ANATEL) - Act No. 5159 of April 8, 2022 - Certification of Mobile Phone Chargers
On April 29, 2022, ANATEL adopted Act No. 5159 of April 8, 2022 (link) that describes the technical requirements and testing procedures for conformity assessment of mobile phone chargers. The Act enters into force on October 26, 2022.
