Preface

This is the first edition of C22.2 No. 0.19, Requirements for service entrance equipment. This Standard gives the general and specific minimum safety objectives that service entrance equipment must meet.

This Standard has been developed in compliance with Standards Council of Canada

requirements for National Standards of Canada. It has been published as a National Standard

of Canada by CSA Group.

Scope

This Standard contains safety objectives and representative construction requirements intended to meet the safety objectives for service entrance equipment installed in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I.
