Course Overview
This course provides guidance on organizational obligations for dealing with employee substance use disorder and how to apply the requirements of CSA Z1011, Work disability management system and CSA Z1008, Management of impairment in the workplace.
CSA Z1011:20 is based primarily on best practices for organizations to achieve their goals of optimal workforce engagement, given the health needs of workers as they arise, in order to minimize the possibility or impact of work disability.

- Recognize organizational obligations related to a worker who experiences a disability related to substance use
