Asphalt for constructing built-up roof coverings and waterproofing systems
Product Details
Preface
This is the third edition of CSA A123.4, Asphalt for constructing built-up roof coverings and waterproofing systems. It supersedes the second edition, published in 1998 as Asphalt for Use in Construction of Built-Up Roof Coverings and Waterproofing Systems, and the first edition, published in 1979 as Bitumen for Use in Construction of Built-Up Roof Coverings and Dampproofing and Waterproofing Systems. It is one of a series of CSA Standards on bituminous roofing materials.
This Standard differs from the second edition by excluding consideration of coal-tar asphalt.
This Standard was prepared by the Technical Committee on Bituminous Roofing Materials, under the jurisdiction of the Strategic Steering Committee on Building Products and Systems, and has been formally approved by the Technical Committee.
This Standard has been developed in compliance with Standards Council of Canada requirements for National Standards of Canada. It has been published as a National Standard of Canada by CSA Group.
