1.1 Scope
This International Standard defines requirements for test methods for measuring conformance to ISO/IEC 14365 {5}.
ISO/IEC 14365 {5} contains a programming language binding specification for ISO/IEC 14361 {3}, using the C programming language. ISO/IEC 14363 {4} contains language-independent requirements for test methods for measuring conformance to programming language binding specifications for ISO/IEC 14361 {3} , such as that contained in IEEE Std ISO/IEC 14365 {5}.
This International Standard contains C language specific requirements for the test methods. Taken in conjunction with the requirements imposed by ISO/IEC 14363 {4}, they constitute the requirements that shall be satisfied by test methods used for measuring conformance to ISO/IEC 14365 {5}.
