HC Series:
Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited/separately excited, guarded and drip proof, 3 ph, 50-60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1500/1800rpm,  40ºC ambient.  

Frames HC4 to HC5, Core lengths C to F, 480V max, 825 kVA max continuous.

UC Series:
Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited/separately excited, guarded and drip proof, single or 3 ph, 50-60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1500/1800rpm, 40ºC ambient, PF 0.8.

Frames UC22 to UC27, core lengths C to H, 480V max, 255 kVA maximum continuous, for 3 phase and 156.3 kVA max for 1 phase.

BC Series:
Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited, guarded and drip proof, single or 3 ph, 50-60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1500/1800rpm, 40ºC ambient.

Frames BC16 to BC18, core lengths A to J, 480V max, 50 kVA maximum continuous for 3 phase and 240V,35kVA for 1 phase.

PI0/PI1 Series:
Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited/separately excited, guarded and drip proof, single or 3 ph, 50-60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1500/1800rpm or 3000/3600 rpm, 40ºC ambient, PF 0.8 to 1.0  

Frames PI0 to PI1, 480V max, core lengths D to K, 53 kVA maximum continuous for 3 phase and 240V max, 34 kVA for 1 phase.

Conditions of Acceptability:

  1. These generators are certified only as a component for use in generator sets and the acceptability of these generators in end use application are to be determined by local inspection authority.
  2. The above generators are evaluated with a prime mover end belts that encloses the impellers or fan blades of the generators so that these fan blades are not accessible with the use of a test probe having a diameter of 12.7mm.
  3. The generators outputs are to be protected against overloads as per the local electrical codes.
  4. Provision for earthing is made on Terminal Box as well as on machine body and the earthing of machine is to be done in as per the instruction provided in the Installation and service manual which is provided as an accompanying document with each machine. (ref annexure-I)

Component open type Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited/separately excited, single or 3 phase, 60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1800 rpm or 3600 rpm, 40ºC ambient, PF 0.8 to 1.0, Frames CA115, CA125 and CA135, 600V max, 75 kVA maximum continuous for 3 phase and 240V max, 60 kVA for 1 phase.

Conditions of Acceptability:

  1. These generators are certified only as a component for use in generator sets and the acceptability of these generators in end use application with certified/approved enclosure are to be determined by local inspection authority
  2. The generators outputs are to be protected against overloads as per the local electrical codes.
  3. Provision  for grounding is made on the terminal box as well as on machine body and the grounding of the machine is to be done in as per the instruction provided in the Installation and service manual which is provided as an accompanying document with each machine.
  4. This machine has provision for anti-condensation heaters, AVR, metering current transformers, Excitation boost controller, Thermistor, RTD, circuit breaker harness and main terminal box. This may be included as per end user requirement but do not fall in the scope of the certification.

Component open type Synchronous generators, rotating field, brushless, self-excited/separately excited, single or 3 phase, 60Hz, Class H insulation, single/two bearing configurations, 1800 rpm or 3600 rpm, 40ºC ambient, PF 0.8 to 1.0, Frames CA115, CA125 and CA135, 600V max, 75 kVA maximum continuous for 3 phase and 240V max, 60 kVA for 1 phase.

Conditions of Acceptability:

  1. These generators are certified only as a component for use in generator sets and the acceptability of these generators in end use application with certified/approved enclosure are to be determined by local inspection authority
  2. The generators outputs are to be protected against overloads as per the local electrical codes.
