Overview

Grease interceptors testing and certification:

Only approved grease interceptors or grease removal devices qualify for installation in a restaurant kitchen or commercial location.

CSA Group certifies grease interceptors and grease removal devices for the U.S., Canada, and international markets. We assess and test for both hydromechanical or electrical methods.

  • CSA B481
  • PDI G-101 (Plumbing and Drain Institute Guide 101), either in isolation or in combination with other standards.
