f) phase-out of filter monitors.
The design requirements of this Standard are effective upon its publication for the construction of new, or the alteration of existing, facilities within the scope of this Standard, unless described as mandatory for all facilities. The implementation of all procedural requirements (training, operations, emergency response, etc.) will be effective as stipulated by the authority having jurisdiction.
Also, this edition harmonizes with other industry publications for into-plane fuelling standards, thereby providing synergies for standardized operating practices that reference similar documents for auditing purposes.
