This Special Publication was prepared using the requirements in CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 231 Series-M89, CSA Safety Requirements for Electrical and Electronic Measuring and Test Equipment.

It provides users with a checklist and testpack to determine if they comply with the requirements of CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 231 Series-M89. The Clause numbering used in this publication parallels th at in CSA Standard C22.2 No. 231 Series-M89. The letter T in the comment column denotes that the test is required in order to comply with the CSA Standard.
