This Standard applies to insulated conductors intended for internal wiring in electrical equipment, but not as circuit conductors for use in raceways except where permitted by the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I. 1.2 Constructions covered by this Standard are;
(a) single-conductor, thermoplastic- insulated (Clause 5):
(i) Type TXF, 60°C dry, 125 V;
(ii) Type TXFW, 60°C dry, Ú34°C, 300 V;
(iii) Type TLW, 60°C dry, Ú34°C, 600 V;
(iv) Type TBS, 90°C dry, 600 V;
(v) Type TEW, 105°C dry, 60°C oil, 600 V;
(vi) Type TEWN, 105°C dry, 600 V;
(vii) Type GTF, 125°C dry, 600 V;
(b) single-conductor, thermoset- insulated (Clause 6):
(i) Type SIS, 90°C dry, 600 V;
(ii) Type REW, 105°C dry, 60°C oil, 300 V and 600 V;
(iii) Type SEW-1, 200°C dry and 250°C dry, 300 V;
(iv) Type SEWF-1, 150°C dry, 200°C dry and 250°C dry, 300 V;
(v) Type SEW-2, 200°C dry, 600 V;
(vi) Type SEWF-2, 150°C dry, 200°C dry, and 250°C dry, 600 V;
(c) multiple-conductor equipment wires (Clause 7):
(i) Type TEW;
(ii) Type TEW shielded;
(iii) Type TEW shielded with insulating covering overall;

This Standard applies to design and performance criteria of operator controls located at the normal operating position. A1.2 This Standard provides guidelines for operator controls as relating to actuating forces. A1.3 Non-agricultural equipment used in agricultural applications is excluded from the scope of this Standard.
