Details test and examination criteria for refrigerators using natural and liquefied petroleum (propane) gases. The standard covers a refrigerator having a direct self-contained type of systems employing the absorption or adsorption principle of refrigeration and using Group 2 refrigerants in quantities not exceeding 6 pounds (2.72 kg). If such refrigerators have electrical equipment, the supply voltage is limited to 125 volts.
