This is the fourth edition of CSA A23.4, Precast concrete - Materials and construction.
It supersedes the previous edition, published in 2000 together with CSA A251 in a single volume under the title Precast Concrete - Materials and Construction/Qualification Code for Architectural and Structural Precast Concrete Products. The 2000 edition superseded the editions of CSA A23.4 published in 1994 and 1978.

1.4 Precedence
