Affected products: This recall involves Applied Comfort Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTACs).
Issue: The electric heaters in the PTACs have the potential of not shutting off during an overheating situation, posing a fire hazard.
As of April 11, 2022, the company has not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
