Predecessor RJ Falconi Retires from CSA Group

CSA Group has promoted Kathryn Yung to the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of CSA Group, effective January 28, 2017. She succeeds RJ Falconi.

Yung joined CSA Group in 2005, taking on increasingly complex and high-profile projects including M&A, litigation management, new business risk assessments, asset purchase and divestitures, as well as various leadership roles in Europe. She was appointed to the role of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel in September 2016. Prior to joining CSA Group, she was a member of the legal team at Imperial Oil.

Falconi’s retirement from CSA Group will be effective January 27, 2017, after 17 years with the organization. Most recently, he held the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Governance Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary.
