Vietnam (MIC) - New Standards Update
Vietnam MIC has released the new technical standards which will enter into force from July 1, 2021.
All MIC Type Approval certificate listing the former standard versions shall become obsolete and will not be be accepted for customs clearance from July 01, 2021.
In order to keep exporting or importing the products under impacted categories into Vietnam, the applicant shall need to test products to the new standard versions, and obtain new Type Approval certificate listing the new versions.
