Vietnam (MIC) - New Standards For 2.4GHz WiFi & 1-40GHz SRD Land Mobile Terminal Equipment
Vietnam MIC has announced the new standards which come into effect on July 1, 2021.
- 2.4GHz WiFi device: QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT will replace QCVN54:2011/BTTTT starting Jul 1, 2021.
Reports and TAC issued before Jul 1, 2021 will be expired on Jul 1, 2021.
2. 1G to 40GHz SRD: QCVN 74:2013/BTTTT will be replaced by QCVN 74:2020/BTTTT.
Reports and TAC issued before Jul 1, 2021 will be expired on Jul 1, 2021.
3. QCVB 117:2020/BTTTT is available for public land mobile terminal.
Reports and TAC issued before Jul 1, 2021 can be used until the expired date on TAC.
After Jul 1, 2021 the terminal equipment with LTE function will not be allowed to be imported in to Vietnam.
