Effective July 1, 2021

Vietnam MIC has issued Circular No.15/2020/TT-BTTTT dated July 09, 2020 to officially issue the national technical regulation QCVN 101:2020/BTTTT on lithium batteries used for handheld equipment (mobile phone, tablet, and laptop PC).

The QCVN 101:2020/BTTTT is based on IEC 61960-3:2017 and TCVN 11919-2:2017 (IEC 62133-2:2017) but not totally equivalent to these standards.

It shall be effected from Jul 1, 2021 to replace  QCVN 101:2016/BTTTT.
