Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) released Circular 10 and 11/2020/TT-BTTTT stated the new regulation for a list of products required TAC and AQI.

• Host manufacturer / importer can use the RF reports issued for module manufacturer with ISO 9001 certificate if importer/ host manufacturer wants to be TAC holder.
• When there are multi factories for the same product model, each model from each factory will need separated reports and separated TACs. VNTA may request to see the contract between the brand owner and the factories. We can overcome this issue by declaring only one factory with ISO 9001 certificate, or declaring the brand owner as the unique factory.
• There is no definition what is representative of overseas manufacturer in Vietnam, and what document will be required from overseas manufacturer to declare who is his representative in Vietnam.
• There is no required for position of the signer in TAC application and self assessment report made by overseas manufacturer.
