On March 29, 2022 the Government of Ukraine announced Resolution of March 29, 2022 No. 389 (link) detailing amendments that establish the possibility to recognize the results of conformity assessment of medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices, and active implantable medical devices, carried out by foreign accredited bodies, appointed by conformity assessment bodies in Ukraine for the period of martial law.

The Resolution will expire one month from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
