Thailand (NBTC) – Type Approval for Cellular Mobile Changes
Effective February 25, 2020
The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) announced changes for type approval of cellular mobile products.
Frequency bands that required test reports for NBTC Class B approval for WWAN products are:
- GSM 900, 1800
- WCDMA B 1, 3, 5, 8
- LTE B 1, 3, 5, 8, 28, 40 , 41 (band 41 is newly added for LTE)
- LTE LAA/eLAA B46
- 5G NR n1, n3, n5, n8, n28, n40, n41, n258
