Thailand NBTC announced to extend the implementation of working remotely until August 31, 2021.

NBTC will resume operation on September 1, 2021 but details are not yet confirmed.

Type Approval:
NBTC has announced to allow applicants to submit applications by email for SDoC, Class A, and Class B effective immediately.
Expected lead time for SDoC is approximately 2-3 weeks.
Expected lead time for Class A and Class B is approximately 3-5 weeks.
Lead time for SDoC, Class A, and Class B may change due to the new process.

License Department:
NBTC has announced to allow applicants to submit applications for trade license, import license, and label purchase by email.
Expected lead time for trade license, import license, and label purchase is approximately 2-3 weeks.
