Recently, IMDA ublished the revised IMDA TS CMT and IMDA TS CBS which include the 5G specifications/requirements. IMDA had also approved the mobile operators to conduct market trials since August 2020, using NSA networks to offer some early commercial 5G services to consumers. Manufacturers have previously registered 5G-capable phone(s) with IMDA. They may now proceed to update their registration of 5G devices with IMDA.
