Saudi Arabia - RoHS implementation Date Postponed
The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has decided to postpone the implementation of the Technical Regulation for Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, which was originally due to come into enforced on January 5, 2022.
SASO has decided to postpone the implementation date for 6 months. There will be different effective date depends on product categories:
