Russia - New Marking for GOST-R Certification
Russia is replacing the conformity mark “PCT” with the market circulation mark “CTP,” and this requirement came into force on June 21, 2021. CTP marking becomes mandatory for all products subject to certification under both Russian national standards and technical regulations. Most radio products are excluded from the list of products subject to GOST-R certification. However, applicability is ultimately determined by product type and HS code. Products certified before June 21, 2021 may still bear the PCT mark but they will only be allowed to circulate until June 22, 2022.
