The national quarantine was changed on May 16 to a Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) effective until May 31.  NTC did not open its doors on Tuesday, May 26 as expected. NTC will remain closed until the end of May.  Starting June 1, NTC staff will return to work.  We expect continued delays until NTC staff works through the backlog of applications.
