Effective February 29, 2020

The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has issued a formal memorandum on amendment of Circular N0 03-05-2007.

This Memorandum Circular relates to the operating frequency band for non-specific Short-Range Devices.

Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007: 315 MHZ

New Memorandum Circular No. 01-02-2020: 314.9 – 315 MHz

The new amendment will be effective on February 29, 2020.
