Mexico (NOM) – NOM-001-SCFI-2018
Effective May 14, 2020
NOM-001-SCFI-2018 was already published, and will become effective May 14, 2020. The NOM-001-SCFI-2018 version is replacing the current version NOM-001-SCFI-1993.
The standard is taking IEC 60065 as reference as well as some parts of the 60335 for testing. There are also new certification schemes and the customers will have to comply with new requirements.
