Given the situation due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) agreed the suspension of activities, starting Monday March 30^th until April 17^th, 2020. In addition, IFT determined the essential functions that will remain in operation during this period of time which will allow continuity in telecommunications and broadcasting services.

In the meantime, IFT personnel will continue to operate in those Units and Coordinations that conduct and/or support in essential functions related to the quality and the provision of public services.

During this contingency period, IFT makes available the email [email protected] in order to receive documentation of any complaint related to interference and damages that prevent the continuity of telecommunication and broadcasting services and/or any related issue.
