Malaysia (ST) – Mandatory of MEPS for Microwave Oven
Effective March 1, 2020
The Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) has issued an announcement on mandating Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) on Microwave Oven.
The new requirement effectively mandated from March 1, 2020. It has given one year grace period until February 28, 2021.
All Manufacturer/ Importer are required to comply with the requirements by the date mentioned above.
