Effective July 10, 2020

All products with IPV6 feature that meet the criteria as outlined in MCMC Technical Code, MCMC MTSFB TC T013:2019 shall be certified.

On top of the standard documents required to be submitted during Type Approval application, IPV6 Product Declaration is required to be submitted for IPV6 products.

• For IPV6 cellular product without wifi interface (under Terminal/Host category), interim approval will be issued with a validity period of one year.

If the cellular interface compliance to IPV6 requirement is fulfilled, a full approval will be issued.

• For cellular product with wifi features

We can submit wifi IPV6 report to cover the requirement. A full approval will be issued.
