Indonesia (SDPPI) - New Regulations for Kominfo No 9 and No 10 TAHUN 2019
Effective October 21, 2019
The Radio & Telecommunication Approval (SDPPI) announced the new technical regulations.
1) Kominfo No9 Tahun 2019
The regulations for Telecommunication devices with Wavelength Division Multiplexing
- EMC requirement
-
- Emission requirement CISPR 32 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 32
- Immunity requirement CISPR 35 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 35

- Safety requirement either IEC 60950-1 or IEC 62368-1
- Interoperability according to ITU-T standards or IEEE 802.3 series or any relevant standards to relevant technology stated inside these regulations
2) Kominfo No 10 Tahun 2019
The regulations for Telecommunication devices with Internet Protocol
- EMC requirement

- Emission requirement CISPR 32 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR 32
- Immunity requirement CISPR 35 or SNI ISO/ IEC CISPR

- Interoperability according to IEEE 802.3 series or any relevant standards to relevant technology stated inside these regulations
- Safety requirement either IEC 60950-1 or IEC 62368-1
