The government has relaxed the quarantine restrictions effective May 4. The lockdown is currently in effect from 7AM to 7PM.  Some areas may be identified by local authorities, and put on 24 hour lockdown if containment measures are deemed necessary.  Private offices and non-essential government organizations will be working with 33% staff.  These measures will be in place until May 31, 2020.  BIS, TEC and WPC operating at 33% capacity, and we expect continued delays until they are back to full capacity.
