India (BIS) – Extension of Implementation Date of Amendments to IS and Revised IS
Effective March 27, 2020
Central Mark Department III released the announcement on the following subjects.
a) Extension of implementation date of amendments to IS
b) Extension of implementation date of revised IS
All the cases of concurrent running whose last date of implementation is March 1, 2020 and beyond has been given an extension of 90 days from the last date of implementation. All other provisions of implementation laid down in the relevant circular of CMD II and CMD III shall remain the same.
