Europe (EU) – EN 300 328 v2.2.2 and Updates
Effective February 6, 2020
European Union (EU) officially published the new version of EN 300 328 v2.2.2 on the Official Journal (OJ). This standard version will be superseding version 2.1.1 which will be withdrawn on August 06, 2021.
The following main changes have been amended to the version 2.2.2:
- Clarification of terminology used for the two equipment types covered by this standard as shown in section 4.2
- The limit of transmitter spurious emission between 470 MHz to 1 GHz is modified. Previous ranges 470 MHz to 862 MHz and 862 MHz to 1 GHz have been modified to 470 MHz to 694 MHz and 694 MHz to 1 GHz with respective limits of -54 dBm and -36 dBm
- Revision of the Receiver Blocking requirement. Given the changes in limitation and test procedure of Receiver
ETSI also published several new standards during the period of January 30 and February 29, 2020.
