CUBA (MICOM) – DRAFT TO SET UP HOMOLOGATION REQUIREMENTS
Proposed date of entry into force: To be determined
Cuba issued a draft to set up homologation requirements in the country. This draft basically divides the products into two categories:
- Annex I: Products need to get the authorization letter from MICOM (Communications Ministry)
- Annex II: Products do not need the authorization letter from MICOM
Draft was published for comments and last day to receive comments is May 14th 2019. After this date, it is assumed to take 6 to 12 months to entry into force.
