The country is on national quarantine and the district where the Subtel office is located continues to remain closed.  Subtel staff continues to work remotely and is accepting / processing applications and issuing certificates with digital signatures only.  SEC Test Labs are working remotely, so testing and SEC approval is likely delayed.
