Brazil (ANATEL) - Temporary Exception Rules for ANATEL Renewal Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Effective March 6, 2020
The National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) has released the temporary alternative condition to OCD (designated certification body) in carrying out renewal/maintenance activities of the Certificate of Conformity.
- Renewal testing will not be required for devices that do not have any change compared to the previous renewal or certification
- Internal and external photos will not be required
IMPORTANT: These exceptions are valid only for certificates expiring until June 31, 2020.
