The Brazil ANATEL Act Nº 3939 was published on June 1, 2021 about the procedure of Declaration of Conformity (DoC) with Test Report.

• Applicant (local representative) can now apply directly with ANATEL without requiring a OCD (Designated Certification Body).
• Replace CoC with DoC
• The DoC is only applicable for a few types of equipment according to Act 7280, such as Broadcasting Equipment, RF Power Amplifier for Earth Station, Satellite Transceiver, etc.
