Safety Code for Amusement Rides
détails du produit
Preface
This is the second edition of CSA Standard Z267, Safety Code for Amusement Rides. It supersedes the first edition, Z267, Midway Safety Code, which was published in 1971. This Standard is part of the Public Safety segment of CSA's Lifestyles and the Environment program and is identified as such by the symbol on the front cover.
The purpose of this Standard is to set out safety requirements and guidelines for amusement rides and temporary structures for all associated with the midway industry to provide safe amusement for the public and to guard against personal injuries at carnivals, fairs, and amusement parks without hampering the freedom of designers, manufacturers, and others in the selection of the most appropriate design or mode of construction.
This second edition contains many new requirements, and those in the first edition have been expanded considerably. It is written in SI (metric) units.
