MCERTS Certified Products: Handheld Emission Monitoring System

MCERTS standards may not cover all possible conditions. Any potential user should ensure, in consultation with the manufacturer, that the portable emission monitoring system is suitable for the process on which it will be used. It is important to refer to the details on certificates issued as they may contain specific limitations on use. The certificate holders listed have submitted satisfactory test reports and successfully undergone a product manufacturing audit. Portable Systems: Portable monitoring systems are used to make measurements in a wide variety of applications, for example, stack emissions monitoring for indicative purposes, fugitive emissions and gaseous releases from landfill boreholes. Portable monitoring systems would typically be simpler and have a higher measurement uncertainty than continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).
