CSA Group’s exemplary customer service was recently recognised at an industry conference and exhibition in Cheshire, UK.

The HazardEx Conference and Exhibition is a 2-day conference-led event, bringing professionals within the oil & gas and energy sectors together to discuss the issues that matter to industry.

CSA Group was nominated under the “best customer service” category, based upon its positive customer satisfaction scores. Our customers scored us 90% in overall customer satisfaction, with 4 out of 5 clients saying they would recommend CSA Group to a colleague.*

Winners were selected by votes received from readers and users of HazardEx channels, which includes many manufacturers of equipment used in hazardous locations across the globe.
