CSA Group - Accessibility Standards for CTA
The Canada Transportation Act gives the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) the responsibility for ensuring that persons with disabilities obtain access to Canada’s federal transportation network by eliminating unnecessary or unjustified barriers. In June 2020, the CTA’s Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (ATPDR) came into effect. This website contains Canadian Standards Associations’ accessibility standards that are incorporated by reference by the CTA in the ATPDR.
