CSA International Announces a Product Alert for Paint Spray Booth and Drying Ovens (With Or Without Gas Features), Paint Mixing Rooms and Prep Stations Distributed by Crossing Air-Tech Systems (Canada) Inc. Bearing a Non-Vaild CSA Mark – APB 10-07

It has come to the attention of CSA International that a number of products primarily used in painting and automobile collision repair and refinishing shops have been distributed by Crossing Air-Tech Systems (Canada) Inc. of Markham, Ontario. These products bear a label that indicates they have a CSA certification for Canada. However, the products involved do not have a CSA certification for Canada and are not eligible to bear the CSA mark.

The label has been found on Paint Spray Booths and Drying Ovens (with or without gas features), Paint Mixing Rooms and Prep Stations. A photograph of the label is shown below. It is approximately 8” x 5” with black lettering on a yellow background.

Crossing Air-Tech Systems’ store is located at 1641 Langstaff Road, Unit 11, Concord Ontario which coincides with the address provided for Zhongda Spray Booth Canada Inc. and is noted on the label applied to the products in question.
