SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments must be received prior to the seminar. Registration fees are refundable (less a $100 service charge) provided notification is received more than 14 calendar days prior to the seminar. There will be no refund after that date. Substitution of participants is permissible without prior notice.
