PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Orders up to $250 are to be paid by cash, cheque or credit card. Orders to be invoiced to accounts in good standing must be accompanied by a purchase order. Orders from outside North America must be paid by credit card or money order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL PRICING

Multiple user licenses available. Please inquire. When any one hardcopy title is ordered in bulk and shipped to a single location the following rates apply. These discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.

25 - 49 copies - 10%
50 - 99 copies - 15%
100+ copies - 20%

Volume discounts are available to seminar participants from the same organization registering for the same course at the same location and on the same dates, on the following basis:
3 to 5 participants - 10%
6 to 9 participants - 15%
10 or more participants - 20%

Sustaining Members receive a 20% % discount off Information Products and 10% off published rates for public seminars *. Corporate Sustaining Members receive a 25% discount off Information Products and 10% off published rates for public seminars *. *Some restrictions may apply

All orders shipped by courier ground service unless otherwise specified.

Any items shipped to the United States may be charge customs charges for clearance. These charges are passed on to the consignee and are based on the declared value of the shipment.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments must be received prior to the seminar. Registration fees are refundable (less a $100 service charge) provided notification is received more than 14 calendar days prior to the seminar. There will be no refund after that date. Substitution of participants is permissible without prior notice. Registrants will be permitted three course transfers provided the notification of transfer is received more than 7 calendar days prior to the seminar start date. Subsequ
